Just got back from dinner with projectmates...Chie is coming back to US so this is some kind of a send-off party for him...We were supposed to eat at Dad's but due to budget constraints, we ended up eating at Banana leaf..Kinda disappointing at first but the dinner turned out really well...I was seated next to Tegs and Chie kaya sobrang gulo...Mas nabusog ata kami sa kakatawa...I just realized that we never had a teambuilding yet na hindi ok...Lahat super fun...the first official one was at Red Box (we had unofficial teambuilding aka project gimmicks at westin, malate, baguio to name a few)...Then we went to Galera...after that was overnight bonding sessions at Asian Mansions...and now we just had a simple dinner...Come to think of it, magkakaibang activities pero lahat masaya...I guess it just goes to show na it's not really in the activities that we do but the people we're with...Oh diba, after yesterday's event, ok na ulit ako ngayon! hehehe...
Hayy, Tegs is leaving for Singapore next month...ang lungkot coz she's probably one of the coolest team lead one could have...hayy...una si ria, now naman c tegs ang aalis...ang lungkot naman...kahit na ilang friends na ung umalis sa company, you won't really get used to it...it's still sad when someone close to you leaves the company for greener pastures...it's kinda mixed emotions coz you're happy for the person for finally finding a better career opportunity, but then again, it's sad coz your friendship would really be affected by the distance and sometimes even work schedules (just like in the case of paui)...hayy...I remember roch and I talking during the "peak" season of mass resignation, how scary it is to be left by all your friends in the company...I will have to agree with Tin when she said that this company has it's way of growing on you...no matter how shitty work may get, what will keep you going is the friendship that you've built over the years of stay in the company...hayy...
